Application Guidelines (Heat Press):

1- Create your design on computer.
2-Mirror your design before cutting.
3-Cut the shape by plotter or laser cutting.
4-Cut with the gloss side facing down and the duller side facing up. Note that cutter settings may vary based on blade condition and the age of the machine.
5-Weed the unnecessary parts from the design by hook or other tools.
6-Pre-heat your heat pressing machine, and then place the design on the target area of clothing.
7- Apply the design to your T-shirt with a heat press for 10-15 seconds. Set your heat press to 140°C-160°C.
8-Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.
9-Peel the PET film off after cooling down (cool peel),
If the design area lifts after pressing on the T-shirt, please repress with a proper temperature again.

Application Guidelines (Iron On):

1- Create your design on computer.

6-Pre-heat your iron, and then place the design on the hard, flat surface and on the target area of clothing.
7- Apply the design to your T-shirt with a heat press at 305-320℉ for 25-30 seconds. Set your iron to 170°C-180°C.
8-Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.

9-Peel the PET film off after cooling down (cool peel),
If the design area lifts after pressing on the T-shirt, please repress with a proper temperature again.

Yes, you can layer our Heat Transfer Vinyl, but it’s important to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for layering techniques to ensure proper adhesion and durability.

5. What should I do if my vinyl doesn’t adhere properly?
